Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Irish Bathtime. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of content
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to amend these details as and when required. While the colour reproduction is a close representation, given that each item is handmade and therefore individual it is quite natural that variations between website details and actual goods may occur.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Pay now’ on the Stripe payment page of our ordering process.

Delivery charges
Delivery can be made to the countries listed in our delivery page. If your country is not listed please contact info@irishbathtime.com.
We will deliver orders in accordance with the delivery rates detailed on our delivery page. Whenever referred to, work days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Please note that delivery timescales are indicative only.

We reserve the right to change our shipping charges in line with costs.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at info@irishbathtime.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Availability
All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Inspection
You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in acceptance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date.

Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods; Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of the your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

Legally binding contract
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

Cancellation rights
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding return delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. For further details of how to return goods please see our returns policy and procedure. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to returns the goods to us. See Returns for further details.

If you wish to cancel your order before despatch, please contact info@irishbathtime.com immediately.

Promotions
Promotions that apply to orders over a certain value relate to the goods value of the order, excluding delivery and other charges.
All promotional activity is subject to availability of stock.

Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile phone when you browse websites, including irishbathtime.com. All websites using cookies are obliged by the EU e-Privacy Directive of May 2011 to seek visitor’s permission, although if the settings on your browser are set to accept cookies we take this, and your continued use of our website, to mean that you consent to their use.
